  At present there are no specific transfer pricing regulations in Russia. However, articles 20 and 40 of the Russian Tax Code describe the related issues.

  Generally, Russian individual taxation rules are distinguished by their comparatively low tax rates and the absence of a progressive taxation scale (as opposed to the majority of European countries).
