The performance evaluation of the employees within the collective dismissal process
The Romanian labour legislation has known an intensive reform in 2011, the amendments implemented thereof bringing more flexibility to the labour field. One of the important amendments refers to the selection of the dismissed employees during the collective dismissal process.
