The property team at No5 Barristers Chambers handles a variety of cases, including conveyancing disputes, restrictive covenants and contractual matters concerning selling and purchasing land. Members act for landlords and tenants in commercial and residential property disputes, as well as matters relating to properties such as mosques and churches.

Ropewalk Chambers’ expertise in property law spans boundary disputes, trespass matters and property damage, among other issues.

St Ives Chambers’ team has a ‘depth of knowledge in social housing management’; counsel receive the majority of their instructions from housing associations, although some also act for registered providers and local authorities. For example, Anya Newman is currently acting for Wolverhampton City Council in a case involving car cruising across the Black Country counties.

St Philips Stone’ areas of expertise include easements, rights of way cases for landlords and developers, boundary disputes, and commercial leases.
