At Clifford Chance, counsel Marcin Bejm advised Polski Fundusz Rozwoju on the privatisation of a local government asset, and acted alongside senior associate Mikołaj Markiewicz for a joint venture between EEW Group and LHI Group on the PPP tender process for the development and operation of a waste incineration plant.

DLA Piper Wiater sp.k.’s Krzysztof Kycia is representing PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna in a multi-million euro regulatory challenge pertaining to the reimbursement of stranded costs. Kycia is also assisting Affidea with appeal proceedings arising from a tender process for outsourced medical services. Marta Frąckowiak is another name to note. Other clients include PKP Energetyka, US Pharmacia and Raytheon.

One of the best in the market’, Dentons’ team is ‘always perfectly prepared and deeply engaged in the process’. Aldona Kowalczyk led a team advising Stadler on the public procurement process for the delivery and maintenance of regional trains. Counsel Tomasz Korczyński is also noted.

Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka’s team has a strong track record representing public bodies and private companies, including Przewozy Regionalne, Hochtief Development and Budimex. Katarzyna Kuźma and counsel Wojciech Hartung are advising Poczta Polska on the public procurement of its non-postal services. Marcin Krakowiak is advising Astaldi on the PPP construction of a waste treatment plant.
