The guide provides key information on litigation preliminaries, commencing proceedings, defending a claim, joinder & consolidation, duties & powers of the courts, disclosure, evidence, judgments & orders, settlement, and alternative dispute resolution. Anthony W. Dee has represented numerous clients at all court levels and has extensive litigation and arbitration experience. He also has considerable experience in corporate rehabilitation and rescues. He is currently the President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Makati Chapter.
