Recent work includes advising Brass Exploration Unlimited, a subsidiary of Baker Hughes, on its acquisition of an interest in an oil mining licence.

Banwo & Ighodaloprovides practical solutions to real commercial issues’. Its wide-ranging client base includes government entities, financial institutions, investors, dealers, developers and property owners. Representative work includes advising on acquisitions, investments, developments and financings; the practice also has substantial experience in conveyancing, obtaining governmental consents and registering land instruments.
