Bakouchi & Habachi - HB Law Firm LLP¬†is noted for its work on investments in the tourism sector. Mernissi - FIGES is a firm that focuses primarily on projects, which includes extensive work in real estate matters. Mohamed Mernissi and Lamya El Mernissi are the key partners. They handled land issues and permitting matters for key projects, including a seawater desalination plant near Agadir.

Sayarh & Menjra Law Firm assist both local and international clients with construction projects, notably in the tourism sector.
