A.L.F.A. (Associated Legal & Fiscal Advisors) is well-known for its financial services expertise and additionally handles employment, securities, real estate and data protection-related matters. High-profile partner Mireille Chauvet recently acted for the lenders on a €119.5m refinancing. Jean-Pierre Campana is another noted figure in the market.

Donald Manasse Law Offices’ broad corporate and commercial practice spans contract law, securities, regulatory issues, dispute resolution and IP. ‘Top-notch’ founding partner Donald Manasse enjoys a strong profile both locally and internationally and is qualified to practise in the US and France.
