Leading maritime practice Fenech & Fenech Advocates is praised for its ‘very good response times’ and excellent and useable advice’. It is the only firm in Malta with four separate shipping departments dedicated to marine litigation, ship registration, ship finance and yachting. The team witnessed an increase in marine litigation work, and was involved in some high-profile cases.
