At Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, London office managing partner David Glennie focuses on international M&A deals and corporate finance, with particular expertise in natural resource transactions as well as domestic and international public and private financings. Jennifer Maxwell has deal experience in a range of industries, including mining, energy, financial services and technology.

FASKEN's London office acts as a key link to the firm’s Canadian and South African networks. It advises clients in the mining, energy, infrastructure and banking sectors, principally in respect of capital markets transactions, corporate and commercial matters, M&A deals, project finance, and public-private partnerships. Al Gourley is the regional managing partner of the London office and is widely respected for his mining law expertise.
