Bedell Cristin advised the trustees in relation to the establishment of a series of trusts for an ultra-high-net-worth European family. Edward Bennett , Zillah Howard and Alan Dart are key contacts. The practice assists high-net-worth clients with complex wealth planning, and is noted for its drafting and implementation of foundation structures. It also has an experienced trust disputes team. David Dorgan provides guidance on a broad spectrum of fiduciary matters with a professional and pragmatic approach’. Sadly, advocate Richard Pirie passed away in January 2012.

Baker & Partners acts in complex contentious trust matters. The team represented the trustee in a dispute concerning the validity of instruments appointing beneficiaries and appointing substantial sums to those beneficiaries. David Wilson is highly rated, and Stephen Baker possesses extremely strong advocacy skills’.
