Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners advised Dreaming on the acquisition of HealthCityItalia, an Italian company that owns and operates sports and fitness centres, from Health City International. In another highlight, the group assisted Beko Italy with an exclusive supply agreement for high-level appliances by Grundig to kitchen manufacturers in Italy, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.
