BonelliErede’s team advises global luxury groups and family-run businesses on investing in Italy and internationally, general operational needs, M&A and generational change issues. The practice advised Tod’s, the Italy-based shoemaker and leather goods group, on the €530m acquisition of the Roger Vivier and Roger Vivier Paris brands.
