Delivering both excellent technical and legal advice’, Bird & Bird provides IP, regulatory, product liability, commercial and corporate advice to innovative global companies in the life sciences sector. Giovanni Galimberti recently advised BiosYnth and Menarini NewTech on their establishment of VaxYnethic, which will conduct a research and development project on a technological platform. DLA Piper recently hired Marina Rubini, formerly a regional head of legal and compliance at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, to join the Milan office as of counsel.
