Mondini Rusconi Studio Legale is ‘extremely renowned for its expertise and experience in food law’, both ‘in Italy and abroad’. The practice advises Lidl Italia on labelling and presentation materials, consumer information and import/export matters, including fiscal treatment and customs duties on foodstuffs.
