Goldfarb Seligman & Co.’s ‘knowledgeable’ team is a longstanding adviser to prominent domestic and international venture capital (VC) funds, including Cisco Investments, Intel Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners. Key contacts Michael Heller and Ashok Chandrasekhar acted on numerous fundraisings in 2016.

Herzog Fox & Neeman’s ‘very professional team’ acts for clients such as Carmel Ventures, Battery Ventures and Microsoft. Hi-tech practice head Hanan Haviv is ‘very helpful when it comes to advising on fundraisings and tax issues’; he acted for Sisense on its recent $50m financing. Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Advocates and Notary’s venture capital practice grew out of the firm’s fund formation expertise. GKH – Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co is a key adviser to Bessemer Venture Partners, for which Itay Frishman handled several complex transactions such as the $212m sale of its stake in Altair Semiconductor. Other clients include AOL Ventures and Israel Cleantech Ventures.
