Founding partner John Harris acts for freight forwarders, charterparties and shipping agents on maritime and trade law. S. Friedman & Co. Advocates & Notaries provides ‘exceptional advice on sale and purchase contracts and ship financing’, as well as handling litigation. David Malkoff acted for Zim in relation to various financing deals, various sale and purchase transactions, as well as arbitrations and service negotiations. The ‘well-known sector professionals’ at Ilan Orly & Co. Law Firm have a particular specialism in yacht-related matters, and also handle a wide range of maritime disputes.
