Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Advocates and Notary’s IP department has experience advising public and private companies on cross-border tech transfer, development and licensing agreements. Practice head Ian Rostowky has regulatory expertise and the commercial experience to handle the IP aspects of complex M&A. Notable clients include Wise, a Weizmann Institute accelerator programme.

H-F & Co. is well known for assisting start-ups and listed companies with the IP aspects of cross-border M&A and financing transactions.
