Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co.’s recent highlights include advising EZchip Semiconductor on its $811m merger with Mellanox Technologies and acting for longstanding client Check Point during its $100m acquisition of Lacoon Mobile Security. Yigal Arnon & Co’s practice co-head Barry Levenfeld is ‘a very cool-headed adviser on international deals’; he recently assisted Shanghai Giant Network Technology with its $4.4bn acquisition of Israel-based gaming company Playtika. Frishman acts for emerging companies such as Jfrog, for which he completed a $50m fundraising. Founding partner Amir Halevy advised Xura during its $273m takeover by Amdocs.

H-F & Co. has deep expertise in the hi-tech space, where clients range from Google to start-ups such as Ubimo. Highlights included acting for US-based wireless infrastructure provider MaxLinear on its $80m buyout of µWave from Broadcom. M. Firon & Co Advocates and Notariesprovides an attractive offering for start-ups’. It also regularly works with mature companies – Jacob Enoch and Liora Lotenberg advised longstanding client Elbit Systems on its $158m acquisition of Nice’s cyber and intelligence division. Practice head Gail Etzion ‘understands what drives a business forward’.

AYR – Amar Reiter Jeanne Shochatovitch & Co’s key contacts include Eyal Roy Sage, who is a longstanding adviser to Microsoft, and corporate practice head Yoav Caspi, who regularly handles fundraisings for PLUS Ventures and My Seed Tech Fund.

Horn & Co’s founder Yuval Horn impresses clients with his life sciences sector expertise; recent clients include Metabomed and Vascular Biogenics. Wi-fi provider GoNet Systems and content discovery platform Taboola are also clients.

Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz’s ‘sharp and very knowledgeable lawyers’ have ‘very good business sense and can think outside of the box’. The sizeable team includes life sciences expert Yael Baratz, Boston-based cross-border M&A specialist Oded Kadosh and recent arrival Atir Jaffe, who joined from Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co and brought with him clients such as 2B Angels and Kedma Capital.

S. Horowitz & Coenhances its clients’ dealmaking’. ‘Very strategic’ practice head Mordehay Malca is a key adviser to clients such as crowdfunding platform iAngels Crowd and angel investor Yoav Ben Dror.

Shenhav & Co., Advocates & Notary’s key contacts include ‘out-of-the-box thinkerAmir Raz as well as ‘superb negotiatorAyal Shenhav and Shmulik Atias, who both advised Sequoia Capital and several other investors on the $350m acquisition of investee Ravello Systems by Oracle. The practice is also regularly involved in fundraisings.

Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co. advises start-ups, incubators – including the state-sponsored Incentive II Management – and investors, such as venture capital firm Gilot Capital and angel investor Ziontech Angels.
