Asher Heled & Co. is a highly regarded boutique firm specialising in labour and pension law. Asher Heled has experience acting for major domestic corporates, workers’ committees and labour unions in highly contested labour issues. Yaron Lestrel acted for the unions for Ashdod and Haifa port workers in negotiations with the government regarding reforms that may threaten employment security.

In the eyes of many international law firms, Barnea is Israel’s ‘go-to firm for employment law’. Practice head Orly Gerbi has built a reputation for acting for global technology companies. Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Advocates and Notary’s labour and employment team ‘can be summed up in one word – superb’. The department handles complex pre-litigation proceedings, disputes and non-contentious sensitive labour matters. Rachel Harari-Lifshits handled a termination procedure for Solel Boneh, and Na’ama Babish assists PAZ Ashdod Refinery in union negotiations.

Ehud Shilony & Co. is considered ‘a leader in the field of collective negotiations’ and acts for many of Israel’s most prominent workers’ unions, including the southern syndicate of the Histadrut. Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co. has experience acting on both sides of union negotiations and has defended clients such as Assuta Medical Center and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in labour disputes. Tal Keret acts for the labour union of the northern district of Israel Electric Company.
