Up to the high standard of international law firms’, Andrékó Kinstellar has ‘a deep understanding of the energy sector from not only a legal but also a business perspective’. The highly regarded Kristóf Ferenczi heads the practice, which is currently advising an energy company on the establishment of natural gas trading operations in numerous European jurisdictions. Réczicza Dentons Europe LLP has strong expertise in cross-border matters, and regularly works alongside international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional projects. A cross-office team including István Réczicza recently advised a Canadian company on gas concessions in Hungary and Romania. Gergely Horváth and counsel Emőke Kovács are also key figures in the department.

bpv Jádi Németh Attorneys at Law advises on transactions and day-to-day regulatory issues in the energy sector. Péter Garancsi and senior associate Attila Kovács are the names to note.
