Ian Kirk and Jason Romer are key contacts. Sean Cheong has relocated to Singapore to head the firm’s new office there.
AO HALL acted for Confiance as promoter and manager of a new closed-ended protected cell company designed to act as an umbrella fund structure for a number of film product funds. Sam Shires is a principal contact.
Appleby’s Guernsey start-up office is appreciated for its ‘freshness, teamwork and international coverage’. Barney Lee ‘always gives efficient timescales for responses, and meets or betters them’. Helen Crossley is a key practitioner.
Bedell Cristin assisted with the launch of a registered closed-ended fund to be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. Mark Helyar is recommended.
