Alexiou & Kosmopoulos Law Firm is advising Lamda Development on the Hellinikon development project, and advised the National Bank of Greece (NBG) on the €400m sale of the Astir Palace Hotel. Key partners include Constantine Alexiou, Helen Alexiou, Alexandros Kosmopoulos, and Sotiris Foteas.

PotamitisVekris Law Firm recently advised Bank of Cyprus on matters related to its portfolio of more than 500 properties arising from the restructuring of Cyprus’s banking sector. The firm also advised HRADF on the €400m sale of its interest in the Astir Palace Hotel George Bersis leads the well-regarded team, which also includes Euripides Ioannou.

Zepos & Yannopoulos has ‘deep knowledge and expertise in the area of real estate and lease matters’. KLC Law Firm has been advising HRADF on the sale of over 350 portfolios, including small ports and marinas.
