Bernitsas Law fields a number of specialists in competition law. Counsel Augustine Almyroudi leads the team, which benefits greatly from the experience of managing partner Panayotis Bernitsas. The firm recently advised HRADF on competition issues linked to the privatisation of the National Train Operating Company and the Rolling Stock Maintenance Company.

D.N. Tzouganatos & Partners is a three-partner boutique that is ‘among the best in the market’. Name partner Dimitris Tzouganatos is supported by a strong team that includes partners Nikos Kosmidis and Katerina Paneri. The firm regularly advises on domestic and EU merger control issues, as well as investigations by the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC).

Dryllerakis & Associates has long held its position as ‘a leading firm in EU and Greek competition law’, thanks in part to its ‘longstanding experience representing clients before the HCC’. The ‘very hardworking’ team at KLC Law Firm attracts praise for its ‘in-depth knowledge of Greek competition law and EU regulations’, with department head Vassilis Karagiannis singled out for his ‘proactive and practical approach’.
