Norton Rose Fulbright ‘can do everything’, according to its clients. The firm stands out for its extensive experience and is routinely retained by leading commercial banks and export credit agencies (ECAs) to advise on the largest and most complex cross-border transactions. It notably assisted Coface, Euler Hermes, UK Export Finance and HSBC with the first ECA-backed transaction for a renminbi-denominated loan made via an offshore jurisdiction. It acted for BNP Paribas and Development Bank of Japan in a yen-denominated French tax lease to finance a new Boeing 777 aircraft for Turkish Airlines, a deal backed by Export-Import Bank of the United States.
