Luxembourg-based law firm Arendt & Medernachclearly has a very good understanding of Luxembourg law issues, which they explain clearly to both the client and non-Luxembourg-qualified lawyers’. Others praise the practice for ‘taking a very commercial approach to issues and staying on top of the whole process, and its understanding of the wider dynamics and objectives is impressive’. Loyens & Loeff fields practitioners who are specialists in Benelux tax, corporate restructuring and insolvency, investment management, and banking law. Established in 1996, NautaDutilh’s London office assists UK and US law firms, as well as investment banks and other organisations; it advises on the Dutch and Luxembourg legal aspects of debt capital markets, finance and restructuring transactions.

Noerr’s London team focuses on private equity and venture capital matters; corporate and M&A transactions; and restructuring and insolvency; the firm fields lawyers with expertise of the regulated industries. Thomas Schulz predominantly advises on cross-border, M&A transactions for strategic and financial sponsors, including international sales and acquisitions; and the structuring and financing of private equity deals.

Opened in 1991, Redeker Sellner Dahs’ London office focuses on corporate and banking and finance matters.
