The London arm of A&L Goodbody advises international corporations operating in Ireland and Irish companies conducting business in the UK. Banking and financial services expert Peter Walker is the resident partner, and Sheena Doggett heads the corporate team.

McCann FitzGerald’s five-lawyer practice specialises in structured finance, debt capital markets, and banking law matters. Clients include EBS building society, RBS and UniCredit Group. Head partner Hugh Beattie has led advice to Irish Nationwide Building Society on various large European deals.
