Established in 1986, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP’s London office advises Canadian clients on M&A deals, joint ventures and other European transactions. David Glennie heads the office.

Fasken Martineau LLP’s London office has over 70 lawyers, advising on English, French and Canadian law. Stikeman Elliott’s London office advises on leveraged buy-outs, takeover bids, share and asset purchases, and financing, and is a gateway for the firm’s India, Middle East and Africa practices. It represents Canadian clients in cross-border transactions in sectors including mining, energy, financial services, technology and infrastructure, and is experienced in securities work.
