  • Supporting a health business owner on disposal of assets whose performance isn’t meeting set benchmarks.
  • Assisted with Bupa Dental’s purchase of Avsan, a group of 16 dental practices across England and Scotland, in a complex transaction involving share purchases, asset purchases, a number of partnership deals, as well as issues relating to the group spanning two legal systems.
  • Advising a private equity-backed veterinary group, which continues to expand by acquiring practices and practice groups across the UK, through share, asset and group purchases.
  • Working on a scheme with the Scottish Government to buy out GP premises across Scotland and lease them back to GPs on favourable terms.
