Henrik Groos and Jon Dyhre Hansen lead Accura Advokatpartnerselskab’s practice, which advises institutional and international investors. Groos advised ATP and PensionDanmark on a DKK2.1bn consortium partnership with By & Havn regarding a major development at Copenhagen harbour, and advised the Danish branch of SEB regarding the acquisition of Illum shopping centre. Other clients include Bouwfonds REIM.

Bech-Bruun’s practice head Torben Schön advised UK fund Meyer Bergman on a DKK250m retail acquisition. Schön, Lars Kjær and Anders Hermansen assisted Essex Invest with the DKK6.5bn sale of several property portfolios, 
and Andreas Antoniades and Christian 
Bonde Pedersen acted for AEG Facilities Europe regarding the Copenhagen Arena 
development.

Bruun & Hjejle provides ‘sustainable, solid advice’, and attracted a number of new clients, notably Saxo Properties, Elf Development and Nybolig Erhverv. Søren Damgaard and the ‘calm, business-oriented and to-the-point’ Christian Schow Madsen are representing Sjælsø Gruppen in the DKK249m sale of two properties. Damgaard also advised Nykredit Realkredit on the financing of a DKK1.1bn real estate portfolio. The practice recruited Horten Law Firm’s former practice head Christian Johansen.

At Gorrissen Federspiel, Copenhagen-based Hans Peter Jørgensen and Henrik Thouber advised Jeudan on its acquisition of a €50m property portfolio. Aarhus-based Peter Sjøgreen heads the practice and is recommended along with Merete Larsen, who gives ‘accurate, relevant, swift advice on real estate development’.

At Kromann Reumert, practice head Flemming Horn Andersen assisted Balder with the DKK1.1bn purchase of an apartment block in Copenhagen. Anders Lavesen and Thomas Albrechtsen advised Carlsberg on the sale of a former brewery site to a consortium of Danish investors.

Plesner’s Anders Friis is advising SEB Pension on large development projects including a DKK130m education facility; on lease agreements with DONG Energy and Siemens Windpower; and on the DKK330m acquisition of a PPP company from A. Enggaard Holding. Peer Meisner and Leif Djurhuus acted on Nordicom’s DKK220m property sale to Elf Development. Peter Wengler-Jørgensen handles construction contracts.

LETT Law Firm P/S hired Kurt Bardeleben from Poul Schmith Law Firm. Practice head Peter Schäfer is advising CG Jensen on the construction of 17 metro stations on the Cityringen network. Per Vestergaard Pedersen is advising Greenland’s government on infrastructure projects, including an aluminium smelter plant and two hydropower plants, and Bardeleben and Henrik Puggaard are advising the region of Southern Denmark on a major PPP project.

Mazanti-Andersen, Korsø Jensen & Partnere’s Claus Høxbro represents Nordkranen, developer of the UN City development in Copenhagen, and Michael Leiper Jacobsen recently assisted F.L. Bie with a DKK100m property purchase. Bjarke Sanbeck specialises in construction work, Mette Ravn Steenstrup advises public sector clients and estate owners, and Philip Thorsen is recognised for transactional work.

Ronne & Lundgren’s practice head Niels Gram-Hanssen advised PKA on its DKK1bn joint acquisition with Topdanmark of 458 residential units, and Stig Mathiasen assisted Danica Pension with a DKK670m office complex acquisition. Niels Kjærgaard advised Codan 
on its DKK300m acquisition of office and manufacturing premises, and Steen Puch 
Holm-Larsen, who shows ‘commercial insight and experience’, advised on two retail property transactions totalling DKK300m. The firm recruited Thomas Stampe from
Bech-Bruun.

Viltoft’s Michael Gjedde-Nielsen successfully represented Metroselskabet in Denmark’s largest construction dispute. Hans Lykke Hansen is advising Realdania By on flagship development projects with municipalities, matters totalling more than €100m.

Lund Elmer Sandager’s team, which ‘delivers each and every time’, hired Henrik Stamp from Philip Law Firm. Steen Raagaard Andersen and the ‘dedicated, skilled’ Linea Conforti advised on the DKK500m sale of the Ernst & Young Tower to PensionDanmark. Andersen also acted for property developers M. Goldschmidt Holding and Sjælsø.

Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen’s Claus Molbech Bendtsen Thomas Weitemeyer and Dan Moalem win praise for their ‘top advice and round-the-clock availability’. Recent work includes advising Kuben on the sale of Kuben Byg, while new clients include Thylander Group, CapMan Real Estate and UBS.

At Elmann Law Firm, lease law specialist Kasper Westberg is representing Danica Ejendomsselskab in a market rent dispute regarding Glostrup Shoppingcenter. Peter Mollerup assisted Aberdeen Property Investors with its acquisition of Property Group A/S. Carsten Møllekilde advised NP Hotels on the sale of Hotel Front and Hotel Kong Frederik.

Focus Advokater (LLP)’s Jesper Hauschildt advised Thule Group on the purchase of Brenderup Trailers’ factory, which was arranged with Dutch financing.

Roskilde-based Forum Advokater advises on construction projects, financing and litigation. Clients include BRF Kredit, Balco and Game Stop. Thomas Buus Pedersen and José María Barnils head the practice. Barnils has niche expertise in advising on inbound and outbound cross-border transactions.

Lassen Ricard’s practice heads Thomas Riise and Henrik Schütze advise clients including Engsø Gruppen, Spæncom and the Norisol Group on development, construction and lease law.
