Global banking and finance head Colin Riegels is a 'technically strong and able negotiator'. In June 2012, the practice represented Justice Holdings in relation to its business combination with the world's second largest fast food hamburger restaurant chain, Burger King Worldwide Holdings. Kieran Walsh is the global BVI practice head. Richard May gives 'thorough, thoughtful and practical advice in a timely and cost-efficient manner'. Tim Clipstone arrived in June 2012 from Walkers. Walkers recently represented the underwriters, BofA Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Itau BBA and Citi, in the $3bn New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) IPO and subsequent $900m secondary offering of shares of Arcos Dorados Holdings; and acted for NASDAQ-listed FriendFinder Networks in its acquisition of BDM Global Ventures by means of a BVI law statutory merger.
