Thomas De Meese is an expert in TMT-related privacy issues and Emmanuel Plasschaert specialises in data protection and privacy matters from a human resources standpoint. Clients include Telenet, Imperial Tobacco and UCLA.

Fieldfisher provides clients with ‘a clear understanding of who is doing what and within what timeframe’. Tim Van Canneyt has been assisting Astellas Pharma Europe with data protection aspects of clinical trials, while Olivier Proust is advising Avaya on binding corporate rules.

time.lex’s Jos Dumortier and Hans Graux assisted the EC with a pan-EU study evaluating the impact of the EU e-Privacy Directive.
