Gauthier van Thuyne’s group at Allen & Overy LLP acts as lead REACH counsel to Procter & Gamble; other key clients include Huntsman and Borealis. In addition to advising on chemical regulatory issues involving REACH and CLP, it also assists clients with litigation, such as product liability.

Covington & Burling LLP advises on compliance with REACH, CLP and the Regulation on Biocidal Products, among other rules.
