Clients have identified practice head Rupert Copeman-Hill¬†in particular as ‚Äėa pleasure to deal with‚Äô; he advised Khaleeji Commercial Bank on the reorganisation of its employee share scheme in order to comply with revised statutory requirements stipulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.

Joint practice heads Saud Al-Ammari and Graham McLeod are advising Yasref, a full-conversion oil refinery joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sinopec, on all operational requirements, contractor disputes and ongoing contractual arrangements.
