Nexia TS Public Accounting Corporation was founded in 1993 by two experienced certified public accountants- Henry Tan and Sitoh Yih Pin. Having worked at an international firm, their vision was to establish their own firm which has grown significantly into an established mid-tier accounting firm led by a dynamic management team. The firm comprises more than 100 professional staff and offices both in Singapore and Shanghai. The firm is part of Nexia International, whose principal UK member is Smith & Williamson, a top 10 firm of accountants in the UK and a major investor in Nexia TS.
Nexia TS provides services to a wide range of clients from medium to large private companies, public listed businesses, non-profit organisations to family owned enterprises. In the IPO market, we have successfully assisted over 20 companies throughout their growth cycle and, ultimately, to be come listed. Mid-market listed companies receive a quality service which Fortune 500 companies can only enjoy from the bigger accounting firms.
Besides audit and assurance, the firm offers a full suite of professional services to professional practices, including tax planning and advisory services, financial and business advisory services and services to partners.
