Speakers

Olga Romanenko has solid expertise and a strong background in intellectual property, information technology and data protection developed over the past 15 years. Within these areas of practice, she notably advises major domestic and international companies, as well as promising IT start-ups.

Olga provides a full range of intellectual property commercial advice and support to her clients, including licensing, franchising, outsourcing and other IP related agreements. She also frequently advises clients on regulatory matters, and manages significant due diligence matters. As a transactional intellectual property lawyer, she provides advice in relation to the protection and exploitation of a full range of IP rights, both in standalone transactions and as part of an acquisition, divestment or investment activity. Olga has also extensive experience in managing and protecting clients’ trademark portfolios and providing related strategic advice.

Ihor Kravtsov has in excess of more than 10 years of legal professional experience in litigation, enforcement, land law, and real estate, as well as legal support of the company’s ongoing activity, international arbitration, tax issues and currently acts as a litigation team leader and teamwork coordinator.

Valued by clients and colleagues for his ready-to-do attitude towards matters and the ability to get a deal through in the most challenging circumstances. Very easy to work with.

His broad legal experience as an in-house lawyer in the real sector is beneficial for providing legal services with a deep understanding of what is important for the client’s business.

Ihor obtained a master’s degree in law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2009. Currently, he continues his scientific work as a postgraduate student.

Sergiy has gained a profound professional legal experience specializing in M&A, real estate, corporate and competition.

He has provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance to foreign investors on issues pertaining to the joint venture and business acquisition, brown-field and green-field investments, investment structuring and strategies in such areas as agro sector, non-residential real estate, industrial manufacturing, FMCG.

His services in the agro sector included legal support on the acquisition of companies involved in crop cultivation, seed oil refining, setting up joint ventures for construction of grain terminals and other infrastructure objects, elaborating complex mechanisms for pledging future crops.

Sergiy holds LLM in the EU law (King’s College London).
